Terms & Conditions

1. All Prices are per Person in Indonesian Rupiah and Net

2. In the event the venue is deemed far and access is difficult, a surcharge is applicable. This covers additional costs involved such as labor, transport and additional equipment.

3. Our Pricing does not include any applicable facility fees that your venue or facility may charge us by you using our services

 

Terms of Payment

1. Down Payment of 50% of estimated total costs is required to secure bookings in accordance with Confirmation & Contract Agreement agreed upon by both parties

2. The balance of 50% of estimated total costs must be paid up at the latest 14 (Fourteen) days prior to day of event Confirmation of number of guests to attend must be submitted at the latest 14 (Fourteen) days

3. prior to day of event. This number of guests serves as guarantee for guest attendance without reduction, and will be charged in accordance with the guarantee of number orguest attendance, whichever is bigger Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but will be guaranteed upon receipt of 50% Deposit from Second Party

4. Any payment made to a bank account number or beneficiary name other than those mentioned below will be not recognized; we will consider the invoice unpaid.

Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of a cancellation of more than 30 days' notice prior to scheduled event, we willDeduct  10% as our service fee from the deposit amount and the rest of the amount will be refunded to you.

2. In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event, we will deduct 50% of the deposit amount and the rest of the amount will be refunded to you.

3. In the event of a cancellation less than 10 days prior to the scheduled event, a penalty amounting  100% charge from the Down Payment
