Host will pay for all drinks and there will be no charge to your guests

 

Minimum Spend Requirements :

10 - 50 Persons Rp.15,000,000

51 - 100 Persons Rp.25,000,000

101 - 200 Persons Rp.35,000,000

- Classic/Strawberry Mojito ( Light Rum with Limes, Mints Leaves, Sugar and Top with Soda )

- Caipiroska ( Vodka with Lime and Brown Sugar )

- Illussion ( Vodka, Melon Liquer, Triple Sec, Pineapple Jc. Garnish with Watermelon Wedge )

- Whiskey Sour ( Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Symple Syrup )

- Tequila Sunrise ( Tequila, Orange Juice and Grenadine )

- Margarita ( Tequila, Triple Sec and Lemon Juice. Classic or Frozen

- Daiquiry ( Light Rum with Lemon Juice and Symple Syrup. Choose 1 Flav ; Mango, Strawberry, Banana )

- Blue Lagoon ( Vodka, Blue Curacao, Lemon Juice, Lemonade on Top )

- Pina Colada ( Light Rum, Coconut Liquer, Pineapple Jc, Coconut Milk and Symple Syrup )

- Gin Fiz ( Gin and Lemon Juice )

- Melon Ball ( Vodka, Blue Curacao, Melon Liquer, Pneapple Jc, Lemon Juice )

Liquor/Spirit ( Those that are included as an ingredient in cocktail choosen )

Soda ( Coke, Sprite, Tonic/Soda Water, Mineral Water )

*No Corkage Fee if you would like to Supply Beers,Wines, or Champagne, Glassware hire may be an additional charge.

 

How Does it Work?

You pay a deposit that contributes to the bar, staff, glasswares hire, and the general  running costs of the day. There is a minimum spend and if this is not reached or higher than minimum spend requirements, you will be required to pay the difference.

 

If you want to begin the event with a Host Bar & finish with a Cash Bar, we have several options for you to choose from ;
- select a given number of drinks provided per guest
- switch over to a Cash Bar at a Specific Time
- Choose a Monetery amount for the guests, once it is fulfilled the Bar will become Cash Bar

 

Drink Prices are as follows :

 

- Domestic Beer Rp.30,000 per bottle

  Bintang Beer or Bali Hai

- Cocktails Rp.85,000 per drink

- Liquor/Spirit ( Mixed ) Rp.75,000 per shot per glass

  Those that are included as an ingredient in cocktail choosen

- Soda Rp.15,000 per glass

  Coke, Sprite, Tonic/Soda Water

- Juices Rp.15,000 per glass

  Those that are included as an ingredient in cocktail choosen

- Local Mineral Water Rp.10,000 per glass

 

 

A Better Bar Service is willing to provide your guests with any beer, wine or spirits you prefer for your event We do ask that you allow our bartenders to have a tip jar displayed

 

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. Minimum Spend Requirement Needed based on amount of persons

2. No Tax & Service Charge, No Booking Fee

3. Breakage/Replacement of Glasswares is Rp.65,000 per pc

4. If you would like table service for wines / champagne during dinner, an extra cost would be applicable for Service Staffs. Glassware hire

    may be an additional charge

5. Down Payment of 50% of estimated total costs is required to secure bookings in accordance with Confirmation &

    Contract Agreement Letter agreed upon by both parties.

6. Price including all related Bar Equipment, Bar Counter, utensils, Glasswares, Ice Cubes, Supplies and Staffs

7. Bar pricing does not include any applicable facility fees that your venue or facility may charge us by you using our services

8. For transport and loading will be charged minimum Rp.250,000
