Terms & Conditions:
1. Minimum Number of Guests is 30 Adult
2. All Prices are per Person in Indonesian Rupiah
3. Alcoholic Drinks served upon guests arrival an additional Rp.100,000 per person is applicable
4. Breakage/Replacement of Glasswares is Rp.65,000 per pc
5. If you would like table service for wines / champagne during dinner, an extra cost would be
applicable for Service Staffs. Glassware hire may be an additional charge
6. Down Payment of 50% of estimated total costs is required to secure bookings in accordance
with Confirmation & Contract Agreement Letter agreed upon by both parties.
7. Price including all related Bar Equipment, Bar Counter, utensils, Glasswares, Safe Ice Bergs,
Supplies and Staffs
8. Bar pricing does not include any applicable facility fees that your venue or facility may charge
us by you using our services
9. For Transport and Loading will be charged min Rp.250,000 based on location of the event
